Order Accuracy

For any issues related to order accuracy, notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing care@eurganica.com with a photo of the received items. We will expedite the correct order to you and provide a shipping label for the return of the incorrect item, along with its packing slip.

Handling Damaged Products

Despite our careful packaging efforts, damage during transit can occur. If you receive a product with damaged packaging, there is often no need for concern. The product inside is usually unaffected and safe for use. For boxed items, check that the internal packaging is intact. For cans and similar packaging, ensure the seal remains unbroken, even if the exterior is dented. This means the content inside should still be safe for consumption.
