Preparation

For the health of your baby, it is vital to follow these European preparation standards:

1. Sterilize: Boil bottles, nipples, and rings for 3-5 minutes before use.

2. Water: Boil fresh water and let it cool to approximately 40°C (104°F).

3. Mix: Pour half the water into the bottle, add the exact number of level scoops (use only the provided scoop), close and shake. Add the remaining water and shake again.

4. Check: Ensure the milk is at body temperature by testing a few drops on your wrist.

Feeding Guide:

• 6–8 Months: ~4 feedings/day (180ml water + 6 scoops).

• 9–12 Months: ~3 feedings/day (180ml water + 6 scoops).
