As toddlers become more active and their diet expands, their nutritional gaps change. Stage 3 is specifically adjusted compared to Stage 2:

• Optimized Protein & Calcium: Specifically balanced to support the rapid bone and muscle development that occurs during the "toddler years."

• Whole Milk Fat (Full Cream): Retains the natural milk fat globule membrane (MFGM), which is linked to cognitive development and a healthy gut.

• Iron & Vitamin D Boost: Toddlers often face "iron gaps" as they become picky eaters. Jovie Stage 3 provides fortified levels of Iron and Vitamin D to support the immune system and prevent deficiencies.

Preparation

By age one, most toddlers are using a sippy cup or an open cup. Jovie Stage 3 can be served in a bottle, but it is also excellent when mixed into smoothies or served in a cup alongside meals.

1. Water: Use 150ml or 180ml of previously boiled water cooled to 40°C.

2. Scoops: Add the corresponding amount of powder (usually 5–6 level scoops).

3. Mix: Shake or stir vigorously until dissolved.
